Growing number of Internet users in Vietnam reaches over 10% annually, the number of mobile phone users reaches 93% of the population, Internet daily using average is 4 hours 39 minutes in which using for social network is 2 hour18 minutes (Digital in 2016, Global Overview, Simon Kemp) are data to tell that Vietnam is among quickest Internet socializing countries  in the region and the world.
