M.A. Nguyen Hoang Oanh is currently serving as a professor at the Department of Public Relations and Advertising at the Academy of Journalism and Communication (AJC), Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy in Hanoi, Vietnam. Ms. Nguyen Hoang Oanh got her Master’s Degree in the field of Mass Communications from Murray State University, USA. Earlier, she received her Bachelor’s Degree from Foreign Trade University with the major of International Economics. 
Areas of research: The development trend and new research methods of journalism, media research concerning personal identity especially among female, public’s opinions on the role of new media.
